Who We Are

The North Texas Library Consortium consists of independent libraries in North Texas that have agreed to share an integrated library system in order to better serve their patrons.

Library patrons can borrow and return materials at any location, drawing on the collections of all the member libraries, but each library maintains its own policies and independent administration.

North Texas Library Partners (North Texas Regional Library System) assists NTLC with administrative and technical support, but does not take part in consortium governance.
